71 Corvette, 350 auto, outstanding repaint of the original Ontario orange, black interior. This is an exceptional car in every way and has been well cared for its entire life. Only 3 owners and the last one has taken special care to make sure any original parts have been retained after replacement. Has pop out rear window. Numbers matching engine and trans have around 30K miles on a stock rebuild, u-joints and rear end have been rebuilt within the last 1500 miles. Recent trailing arm and bearing rebuild. Complete interior replacement in 2004 shows no wear or age. Radiator was replaced in 2005 and the old one goes with the car. New alternator, starter, water pump, plug wires and electronic ignition, as well as carb rebuilt in 2006. Just had all the weather strips and seals replaced this year, and also had the window tracks rebuiit.
This is a no-excuses car that is near museum quality, and the only reason its not is because its been used as a fair weather driver. Everything works and this car needs nothing. Can be driven anywhere. Probably one of the best 71's available today. Realistically has a value in the mid 30's but priced where it is also a safe investment.
