All steel 57 Chevrolet truck mounted on full 82 Caprice frame. 83 model truck 454 with stock iron intake and exhaust manifolds, 1405 manual choke Edelbrock carb, rebuilt turbo 400 transmission with new flywheel, 10 bolt rear end. Power steering, fresh power disc brakes. All steel 1 piece flip front end. Full Caprice frame and suspension gives it the passenger car feel while driving and conventional handling characteristics. Runs, drives and will blow the back tires off at will.  More details to follow with pictures as we get it cleaned up and inspected.

We pulled the engine and trans out in search of a mysterious noise, and inspected the rod bearings and internal engine pieces. Everything looked normal for wear and clean inside. Noise was a faulty flywheel which was replaced. Frame and engine compartment was steam cleaned and detailed at that time.Repalced the front calipers and pads, along with the master cylinder.  Radiator mounting system and flip front end were re-engineered also. Will make a nice street rod driver.
