52000 actual miles on this numbers matching 440-4bbl GTX. 1 of 2211 440 automatics and 1 of 11 painted this color. Flawless repaint in the factory FC7 Plumb Crazy purple, original white interior with console automatic, 323 suregrip, power steering, air conditioning. Original am/fm radio still works fine. Only thing that has been changed is the paint and mufflers. Drives and performs like new. 14X7 5 spoke road wheels with new raised white letter tires. Comes with the original 14" steel wheels and full wheel covers. Also has the build sheet.
Somewhat unusual in that it was a special ordered car with moderate options like a/c, am/fm radio which still works, yet it has the cheap-o manual drivers side mirror, clear glass instead of tinted, and came with heavy-duty 14" steel wheels with full hubcaps and white raised letter tires. This is a very early production car--early enough that it is probably the first purple GTX made. The original console is a 70 style with the wide seat belt receiver at the rear, but has the 71 style T-handle shifter.Early dealer literature shows a car identical to this one featuring the 'new' full wheel covers for 71. May have been a promotional photo car.
Bone stock and original 440 Magnum runs exceptionally well, and pulls so hard it will make your face bleed.
